About Our Produce

At Glasswater Farm we grow a large variety of well-known and some not so well-known types of Vegetables and Salad Greens.

Over the years, we have tried and tested many varieties to suit our growing conditions and carefully selected the varieties that don’t just look good on your plate but are packed with flavour.

Some of our top sellers are the four varieties of Kale and Cabbage we grow, our coloured Cauliflower, heritage Carrots, coloured Beetroot and Purple Sprouting Broccoli.
Some seasonal favourites are Courgettes, Radish, Spinach, Broad Beans, Coloured Tomatoes, Herbs & Edible flowers.

All of our produce is grown by us with care and without the use of chemical fertiliser. We harvest all of our produce by hand to order and we strive to use chemical-free alternatives where and when possible. Ensuring our vegetables are full of flavour and nutrient-dense.
